All in stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days after your order is placed. If an item you order is not in stock you will be notified as soon as possible. Shortly after your order is prepared for shipping you will be notified via e-mail with a UPS tracking number.

HOW FAST WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Remember to add 2-3 business days processing time in addition to shipping time when calculating expected delivery date. We know you want your shoes as soon as possible and we will make every effort possible to get them to you sooner than you expect. 275 Central ships exclusively via UPS. Typically, orders are shipped in 1-2 business days from date of your order. Our goal is to deliver 100% of our orders in 7 business days or less regardless of where in the U.S. you live, even with UPS Ground service.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unworn shoes are acceptable for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. All return or exchange items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Refunds will be refunded in the same manner that the item was paid for (shipping charges are non-refundable). Please note that a $9 restocking fee will be deducted from your return when this label is generated.

We offer a simple and FREE exchange process. Please note that all restock fees are waived when exchanging item(s).
